We would normally expect to come and see you, so we can assess the nature of the project, and agree on the scope of what is needed.

We will then prepare a proposal for the scale, timescale and estimated cost of the work, and agree this with you.

Once you are happy with this, you will need to send us a formal Purchase Order so we can then start the work.

We would then normally expect to send you a detailed Table of Contents (which will agree the detail of the work), and then send you interim documents for your initial comments and/or approval. Once we have included your comments, we will then issue a Final document for a formal agreement and sign off.
